This new book has made me more curious about Tai Chi. I’ve been reading it since I first saw it in a magazine but never really started practicing. The book is a beautiful, easy-to-read, and easy-to-understand style of Tai Chi that uses the basics of the style.

The most important skill is actually the one that I’ve found to be the hardest to learn. Its called body awareness. While most people learn Tai Chi body awareness is the one skill they arent taught, so it will take a little while to develop. But its not the hardest to learn because its easy to learn body awareness because you learn to listen to your body.
