One of the main differences between an adult and a child at this point in their lives is the idea that the adult has an idea of herself and what she’s capable of, whereas a child doesn’t. To be able to have an idea of yourself and what you can do, you have to know what you are capable of.

In general, you can think of this idea of self as a mental lightbulb, and the lightbulbs are the kind of lightbulbs that illuminate the mind and the body. Lightbulbs also allow us to see our inner thoughts.
In short, the book is about your thought lightbulbs. A lightbulb is the mind’s way to say “Hey, I have an idea,” or “This is what I am thinking right now.” This idea of self is expressed in the mind, and the body is the physical manifestation of the mind.
I love this idea of thinking the mind is a lightbulb because it doesn’t feel like anything special or mystical. And to me this makes everything in life so much easier. The idea of the “body as mind” is a very interesting one, and it might be the way we should be thinking about things in the future. The body is a reflection of the mind, and the mind should be reflected back to the body, to be thought about. Just because we are a reflection of our thoughts, you can’t really call it mind.
The mind is a very special kind of thought. It is a thought that is made up of many, many other thoughts, and we all have this idea of thinking that is the self.
