Don’t Make This Silly Mistake With Your manish bairwa

I have always enjoyed these little treats from manish bairwa, and I am sure that everyone who eats these treats at least once in their life will agree. They are all made with a base of chickpeas, then topped off with a scoop of ricotta cheese and freshly chopped parsley. The cheese and parsley are very soothing on the lips, and the ricotta provides a great consistency to the dish.

I’m not sure what exactly makes this dish so special, but it’s certainly not the cheese or the parsley. It’s the combination of the chickpeas and chickpea flour. It gives it a slightly sweet and nutty flavor that makes up for the simple ingredients. I might be a bit biased because I like chickpeas and chickpea flour, but I think I may be in the minority.

I think the whole dish is really nice, and I would probably order this dish again, but the cheese is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think the parsley and ricotta would work better.
