By starting to do something once a month, we can begin to feel like we are starting to lose our time loop. A lot of the time we are on autopilot because we don’t like what we are doing. Sometimes we can feel so bad about the things we do that we don’t want to continue. When we can start to do something once a month, we can begin to feel like we can start to get back in the routine.

For the first time in my life I am making a habit of listening to music. I started listening to music back in my teens, but even then I was always looking around for the source of my music. I know I like a lot of music. Even now I listen to music and I can’t believe I am still doing it. I’m not sure it’s a good thing, but it’s like the same feeling I had when I first got my first guitar.

I know that the feelings that I have when I listen to music are usually not nice. For me personally, the feelings I get when I listen to music are all just “oh wow” moments. But I think that the feeling that I get when I listen to music and I see the world in the same way as everyone else, and I can see the world as it is… and then I get that kind of feeling again.
