There are so many different ways of looking at things that can be so powerful. The list of different ways to look at things goes on and on, but, if we are honest, we are most likely at our most honest when we are sitting on our bed and doing “my” thing.

It’s true that there are some people who go to great lengths to avoid thinking about how much they’re really thinking about what they’re doing. If you have a habit of going into the bathroom and checking your phone, you are likely to leave with a few more things to do in the day.

It may sounds complicated, but it is actually really easy.
The biggest problem with habit is that if you don’t do it enough, then it becomes something that you do a million times and then it becomes a habit. So by creating a positive loop of habit, we create a positive feedback loop and a habit. We then create another habit of doing it again. And by doing it a million times, we make it so we do it a million times. It becomes a habit.
That is the most important part. So if you want to create a positive loop that creates a positive feedback loop, make a habit of it, create another habit of it, and so on.
So this is sort of a loop of habit. We create a positive loop of habit, we create a positive feedback loop of habit, we create another loop of habit, and then we create another positive loop of habit. And so on. This is sort of like a cycle of the universe. And the universe will create another cycle of the universe, and so on.
